Shipping
Dresses are shipped weekly by either FedEx Ground for domestic orders or DHL for international orders. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your dress has been prepared for shipment.
Import duties and taxes will be charged in certain countries. Please contact your local customs office to ascertain applicable rates, as these charges are the responsibility and liability of the customer and not Lena Medoyeff. Care is taken to promptly deliver your order, however Lena Medoyeff takes no responsibility for delays in shipping outside of our control. We are absolutely not responsible for any delays caused by insufficient delivery information.

Standard shipping is complimentary on domestic orders.
Canadian shipping is $50.00
Europe is $100.00
Australia & Asia is $125.00
Additional fees apply for all expedited or express shipping.
